Eleni Cotsis is a seasoned HR professional with a background in business administration, trade, and commerce. She studied at Seattle University, Fundación Cimas del Ecuador, and Universidad del Norte. With over a decade of experience in different companies like ALICE - Hospitality Operations Platform, InboundLabs, AllTheRooms, and HR Open Source, she has gained expertise in talent acquisition, operations, marketing, and remote employee management.

At ALICE, she served as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner and the Talent Acquisition and Remote Employee Experience Manager before becoming a Talent Acquisition Executive. She was also a Board member for Marketing and Partnerships at HR Open Source. Aside from her extensive experience in the corporate field, Eleni is also a serial entrepreneur. She was once the founder of Women Entrepreneurs of Medellin, demonstrating her passion for fostering women's empowerment through entrepreneurship.

Eleni started her professional journey as a Global Index Intern at Russell Investments and a Learning Community Academic Mentor at Seattle University.
