Ivan Roth is a highly experienced Global Director in the consumer goods industry, with more than 12 years of international commercial and marketing experience. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and has undertaken executive education at Yale School of Management and a leadership program at IESE Business School.

With a specific focus on Customer Experience, Data, Digital, Precision Marketing, and eCommerce, Ivan has gained extensive experience in consumer-driven FMCG businesses while working for Danone, BearingPoint, and in his role as Co-founder & CEO of Lava people. He has a strong track record in delivering incremental sales growth and driving profitability.

Ivan is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at NetRom, where he continues to utilize his expertise in strategy and commercial responsibility to build and develop teams that deliver growth. Highly motivated and diligent, he thrives on complex challenges and is particularly passionate about delivering impactful change.
