Jason Rodriguez is an experienced individual with a total of 25 years in military and law enforcement roles. Currently holding the position of Assistant Chief of Police at the second largest school district police department in Texas, he has a strong commitment to serving the community.
With an impressive educational background, Jason is a graduate of renowned institutions such as the FBI National Academy, Senior Management Institute of Police, Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas, and the Caruth Police Institute. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Leadership from Amberton University.
Throughout his career, Jason has held various command positions including Criminal Investigations, Internal Affairs, Training Division, Personnel, Recruiting, Property Room, and Special Response Team. He is actively involved in contemporary police training, specializing in areas such as Leadership Development and Management Techniques.
As a Certified Advanced Police Instructor, Jason is passionate about mentoring future leaders, delivering engaging speeches, and working with diverse communities. He has also participated in programs like the Chief Executive Officer Seminar at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Leadership Command College at the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas.
Jason's professional journey includes roles such as Police Officer at various municipalities including Dallas Independent School District, Town of Addison, and City of Cockrell Hill. His wealth of experience and dedication to law enforcement make him a valuable asset in the field.
