Simon Jebreel is a former Teach First participant turned Executive Headteacher at The Squires Lane Learning Federation. With a passion for education, Simon's background includes maths, philosophy, business, and social innovation, which he brings together to help improve schools and transform students' life chances. Simon holds an MBA from the University of Oxford - Said Business School and was part of the inaugural Future Leaders cohort in 2013. He has held various positions in education, including Assistant Head at Whitmore High School, Assistant Principal at Ark Elvin Academy and London Academy, and Head of Strategy at The Shaftesbury Partnership Ltd. Simon's interest in education is reflected in his prior experience as Head of Student Voice & Key Stage 4 Maths at City of London Academy and eLearning Coordinator & Maths Teacher at The Compton School.
