Greg Shamie is a highly experienced leadership and facilitation expert with a passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential. With a Professional Theatre Degree in Acting and a Masters in Educational Theatre from New York University, Shamie is highly versed in both creative and academic disciplines. His expertise lies in facilitating small, large, and one-on-one interactions, enabling him to create a safe and optimum learning environment for all. Shamie believes in igniting curiosity and inspiring individuals to see things from multiple perspectives, promoting an experimental mindset that fosters personal growth.

As the Director of Staff Development at The Leadership Program, Shamie has extensive experience as a leadership trainer, field supervisor, and staff developer. Before joining The Leadership Program, he was an adjunct professor at Queens College.

In his professional and personal life, Shamie believes in stepping out of his comfort zone and embracing fear as it is necessary for personal growth. He believes that there is unlimited potential in each individual, which he strives to unlock through his leadership and facilitation skills.
