Shannon has a diverse educational background that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary and additional certifications in Change Management and Business Analysis. With a long and storied career in Agile Delivery and Business Analysis, Shannon has worked with organizations such as ATB Financial, Tervita Corporation, TransCanada, Nexen, Taqa North, and WestJet, where she focused on fields as diverse as Information Management, Business Intelligence, and Operational Excellence.
