Tommi Taponen is an accomplished marketing professional who has spent over 10 years working in the online services and SVOD industries. He is currently Head of Marketing at Elisa, where he leads the marketing team for Elisa Viihde and Elisa Viihde Viaplay. Prior to this role, Tommi worked as a Senior Marketing Manager, Planner, and Copywriter at Elisa.

Tommi's marketing career began in advertising agencies where he worked for over 8 years as a Copywriter, gaining valuable experience working with local and international brands at BBDO Helsinki, Taivas, and McCann Helsinki. In 2010, Tommi shifted to the client side and joined Finland’s leading telecom & online service provider, Elisa Oyj.
