Megan Barcheski is an accomplished HR professional with a wealth of experience in analyzing compensation practices and developing rewards programs. Barcheski obtained her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Prior to her current role as Head of Global Compensation at Chamberlain Group (CGI), Barcheski held leadership positions at several well-known companies including Associate Director, Total Rewards at Tyson Foods and Manager, Analytics & Compensation at Sidley Austin LLP.

Barcheski's expertise lies in designing, implementing and managing global rewards programs, developing executive compensation strategies, conducting competitive market analysis, and leveraging data analytics. Through her previous roles as Sr. Manager, Compensation at Allstate and Compensation Manager at Whitehall Jewellers, Barcheski demonstrated her ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and management teams, form actionable recommendations and execute on them.

Throughout her career, Barcheski has been intrinsically focused on creating equitable and competitive compensation packages to retain and attract top talent. She has also put great emphasis on working in close collaboration with Human Resource teams to ensure consistency and fairness in performance management practices.
