Lisette Van Doorn is a seasoned executive in the European institutional real estate investment field, boasting 15 years of comprehensive experience. She is an independent thinker, an enthusiastic self-starter, and has an extensive network within the industry. As an expert in customer-oriented and high-quality results, she excels in building motivated teams to achieve these goals. She has a strong educational background, including studies in Vinoloog at Wijnacademie, Investment, and Financial Analysis at the Institute for Business Education (IBO), and Business Economics, Finance & Investments at Maastricht University.

Van Doorn has held various executive positions throughout her career. She is the current Chief Executive Europe at the Urban Land Institute and was the former Chief Executive at INREV. She also served as the Managing Director for Research & Strategy at ING Real Estate Investment Management, where she was also a Senior Research Analyst. Previously, she was the Country Manager for Italy at CBRE Global Investors EMEA BV and was an Account Manager for Mutual Funds and an Assistant Controller at ING Investment Management.
