Jeff has an extensive career history at Fox Racing, where he served in various roles including Global Director Of Merchandising, Global Category Director - Motocross, Global Sr. Category Manager - Motocross, Global Category Manager - Lifestyle, and Global Product Line Manager - Men's Lifestyle.

Prior to his time at Fox Racing, he worked as a Sr. Sportswear Product Developer at the same company, as well as holding positions at PC Companies and Aqua VI.
