Toni Montgomery, a strategic and solutions-oriented professional with extensive expertise in project management, technical analysis, and stakeholder communication. Montgomery has 18+ years of experience in project management, 15+ years as a trainer/facilitator, and 10+ years as an application tester and IT analyst. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and has attended several leadership and strategic design courses from Northwestern University.

Montgomery has spent several years at Northwestern University in various roles, including Senior Project Administrator, Project Manager, and Facilitator. In her current role as a Senior Project Administrator, she supports the Student Finance department in financial operations by providing strategic planning, collaborating with business process owners, and integrating technology.
