Rabia T. Khan is a driven individual with a diverse educational background and a passion for innovation in the fields of iPS cells, drug discovery, machine learning, genetics, and technology.

Having completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human/Medical Genetics from McGill University, Rabia also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Graduate Certificate in Business and Administration from Concordia University. Additionally, she obtained a BSc in Biology and Economics with a minor in Biotechnology from McGill University.

Throughout her career, Rabia has been actively involved in various organizations, showcasing her leadership and expertise. She is the Founder and CEO of Ladder Therapeutics, emphasizing her entrepreneurial spirit. She has also served in roles such as Mentor at Health Innovation Hub (H2i), Associate at Creative Destruction Lab, Managing Director - Discovery Science, Chief of Translational Medicine, VP Systems Medicine, and Genomics Strategy Lead at Sensyne Health.

Prior to her ventures at Sensyne Health, Rabia held important positions at BenevolentAI, serving as Associate Director Strategy and Planning, as well as Exploratory Scientist. Her professional journey also includes roles such as Postdoctoral Fellow at The Francis Crick Institute, VP Commercial Partnerships at Meta Inc. (acquired by Chan Zuckerberg Initiative), Coordinator/Founder of Basic Business Skill Workshop for Non-Business Graduate Students at McGill Teaching and Learning Services, and Research Assistant at McGill University.
