Claire Garlick is a highly accomplished UX&D expert with years of professional experience under her belt. She studied Graphic Design at Sheffield Hallam University, after which she began a successful career that would take her to major media organizations such as News UK and The Times. At News UK, she has worked in various roles, including Deputy Head of UX and Head of UX&D, leading teams and spearheading design research initiatives. Prior to that, she was a UX Lead, TNL Research Lead, UX Designer, and Designer at The Times and Condé Nast.
Throughout her career, Claire has shown a relentless passion for delivering high-quality user experiences. Her expertise extends to different aspects of UX design, from user research and concept development to prototyping and testing. She has also amassed considerable knowledge in fields such as data visualization, information architecture, and branding. Her contributions have helped improve the digital products of major publications, including The Times, The Sunday Times, and The Sun.
