Dan Koblicska is an accomplished executive manager with expertise in various industries, including HR, software, consulting, insurance, and training. He has a keen interest in entrepreneurial competencies, start-ups, and utilizing innovative solutions to address business problems. Dan has a diverse educational background, having studied law, entrepreneurial and small business operations, as well as computers and English.

Dan has held several prominent positions throughout his career, including serving as the Country Director at Altran and, previously, as Talent Manager, Operations Manager, and HR Manager Romania at the same company. He has also been the former Operations Manager at Nspyre and Site Manager at WirTek A/S, among others. Additionally, he has served as a Business Mentor at Spherik Accelerator and as a Co-Founder & Member of the Board at Tura de Noapte Cycling Team and as the President at APAR- The Romanian Association of Entrepreneurs.

Dan's areas of specialization include recruitment, conflict management, career counseling, process implementation, start-up of new teams, project management, and customer nursing. He is also a certified DISC trainer.
