Coleen Kempton has an impressive 18-year career in consulting and recruiting. She spent most of her career in The Hackett Group, which used to be known as Answerthink Consulting Group. Coleen started as a member of a small group of 40 people and rose to become the Director of Recruiting, responsible for sourcing and hiring business transformation management consultants with expertise in finance, IT, HR, shared services, outsourcing/offshoring, and globalization. She also managed recruiters who are responsible for sourcing technical resources with SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Hyperion, Cognos, Brio, and Kronos skill sets. Besides, Coleen was involved in forecasting, staffing, performance management, practice communications, leadership committees, and leadership support.

Before joining The Hackett Group, Coleen worked for KPMG (aka Bearing Point) as an auditor and Management Consultant in the World Class Finance Practice. She contributed her expertise to the implementation of financial systems, redesign of chart of accounts, documentation of current state and design of future state, generation of RFPs, vendor demo, scoring and selection, month-end close and consolidation, accounts payable and vendor management, fixed assets, time and expense, benchmark database establishment, and accounts receivable.

Coleen earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from LIU Post and became a CPA after two years. Her work experience in consulting and recruiting in various industries and skill sets is a testament to her remarkable professional capabilities.
