Throughout his career, he has honed his skills in product development, lean implementation, operations management, and crisis management. He has held various leadership positions, including Director of Operations, Product Development Manager, Lean Facilitator, Production Manager, Purchasing, and Inventory Manager. His extensive knowledge of domestic and international manufacturing and quality control has made him a valuable asset to the companies he has worked for, including VIKTOS, Shwood Eyewear, Icon Motosports, and Oakley.

To advance his education, Shawn has studied Lean Leadership Certificate, Lean Leadership at Portland State University, and a Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Drafting certificate at Northwest Technical Institute, Minnesota.
