Alain Harfouche

Alain Harfouche is an accomplished professional with a solid educational background and extensive experience in the hospitality and retail industry.

He pursued his Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Hospitality & Management Business School Paris, followed by an Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD and an Executive MBA at HEC Paris.

Alain currently serves as the Global Managing Director at DUOLAB within the L’Occitane Group, showcasing his leadership and strategic skills on a global scale.

His previous roles within L’OCCITANE Group include Regional Managing Director for the UK, Ireland, and Southern Europe, General Manager for Southern Europe and Spain, Europe Retail Development Director, and France Retail & Franchise Director, highlighting his progressive career within the company.

Prior to his tenure at L’OCCITANE Group, Alain held key positions at Haagen Dazs, where he excelled as the South-East and South-West Retail & Franchise Area Manager, as well as the Flagship Store Manager, demonstrating his versatility and expertise in retail management.
