Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer at Lilly Bio-Medicines, Laurie oversees Lilly's portfolio of assets in immunology and neurology.
During her 13-year tenure at Lilly, Laurie successfully led the Cialis brand in the US, transforming it from a third-to-market player to a market leader through strategic launches and indications.
She has a strong background in leading global brand initiatives, particularly in the immunology sector, and has played a pivotal role in creating customer support programs that enhance the overall brand experience.
Laurie is a trailblazer in promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace, having founded and chaired Lilly's Women's Initiative for Leading (WILL) which has shaped the company's D&I strategy.
Prior to her current role at Lilly, Laurie accumulated nearly two decades of marketing experience across various Fortune 500 companies, including a significant tenure at Publicis where she served as EVP of Client Services.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism/Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
