Robert Lake

Robert Lake is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in the life sciences industry. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Aurora University and has since held various leadership positions in the financial sector. Lake is currently the Managing Director and Head of Life Sciences at Runway Growth Capital, where he oversees the growth and development of life science businesses. He was also an Advisory Board Member of Global Life Sciences Capital and an Founder & Group Head at Bridge Bank. Previously, Lake served as the Executive Director of Credit and Portfolio Management at Oxford Finance LLC and Vice President at both SVB Financial Group and Fifth Third Bank. He is actively involved in philanthropic efforts and has held positions as Treasurer and Board Member for Fresh Start Surgical Gifts and Toussaint Academy San Diego.
