Min Alexander

Min Alexander is a seasoned business executive, real estate expert, and education advocate who has had a diverse and impressive career spanning several industries. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, a Bachelor's degree from Duke University, and certificates in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment, as well as Digital Marketing Strategies from MIT and Northwestern University respectively.

Alexander is the CEO and co-founder of PunchList, a real estate tech firm that streamlines the home renovation and repair process for homeowners and contractors. Prior to PunchList, he served as the COO and General Manager of Auction.com, a leading online auction marketplace for real estate investors. He also served as the CEO and President of REALHome Services and Solutions, a subsidiary of Altisource, a provider of mortgage, asset management, and technology services to the real estate industry.

Throughout his career, Alexander has served on numerous boards and councils, including the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Forbes Real Estate Council, and the National Association of Women in Real Estate Businesses (NAWRB). Additionally, he has held senior positions at Altisource, managing complex real estate portfolios, and was a founding member of Cambridge Equity Management, a private equity real estate firm.

In his spare time, Alexander is an avid education advocate and serves on the boards of both the Cambridge Health Alliance and Duke University. He has also been involved in various research projects and worked as a strategy consultant at Accenture and as an analyst in the technology sector at Morgan Stanley.
