Marie-Eve Filion is an experienced educator and kinesiologist who has dedicated herself to helping individuals improve their overall health and wellbeing. With over 15 years of experience in the field of education, Marie-Eve has developed a natural curiosity and exemplary work ethic, along with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to connect with people in both French and English.

Marie-Eve attained a Baccalauréat in Kinésiologie from the Université du Québec à Montréal, where she also studied for her Maîtrise in Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity. Later, she pursued her doctoral studies in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a focus on researching healthy muscle aging at McGill University.

Marie-Eve has held various leadership positions throughout her career including Monitrice des Opérations Clinique at Dialogue Technologies, French tutor at Université Sainte-Anne, Health and Fitness Specialist at Self-Employed, and Assistant Coach Martlets Volleyball at McGill University. She has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Université du Québec à Montréal and as a Personal Trainer at Énergie Cardio.
