He currently serves as the CEO of DrSnip® The Vasectomy Clinic™, where he provides strategic direction to the organization, and oversees all non-medical operations. Additionally, he is the Founder of Dhandho Partners, a private investment firm specializing in succession planning for small and medium-sized businesses.

Shrikesh has honed his skills across several functional areas, including due diligence, risk analysis, sourcing, structuring, and negotiating business agreements, finance, operations, strategic planning, execution, metrics analysis, corporate governance, and leadership. With a strong educational background, including an MBA from Ivey Business School and a CPA certification, Shrikesh brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his roles.
