Sameer Karwal is a VUCA leader with a rich background in financial services, investment banking, and corporate finance. He graduated from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade with an MBA in International Business and has further studied CFA USA, PGDMM at Times School of Marketing, DHM at Institute of Hotel Management Pusa, and B.COM at Delhi University. He began his career as an Asst. Manager-Regional Sales and Marketing at The Oberoi Group but quickly progressed to more senior positions, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, and Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group).

Sameer’s specialty lies in Structured Trade Finance and Structured Finance, Investor Relations, Credit Appraisal, Trade Finance, P/E Valuation, Sales-Key Account Management, and Deal Origination. He has experience managing the most critical markets and geographies for ICICI Bank across various departments. His numerous achievements include the successful structuring and execution of the largest Trade Finance Deal worth Rs.3000 Million. Sameer has also held numerous top roles at ICICI Bank including Zonal Head North, Head of Business Banking Advisors for Wealth Management, Area Head Trade Finance, and Regional Head Trade Finance.
