Vladimir Tomov is a seasoned investment consultant and project manager who has been helping investors, VC&PE funds, business angels, M&A, joint ventures, and family offices navigate the Bulgarian and Balkan business market for more than 25 years. As the president of the Investment Council and a member of the Board of Directors at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), Vladimir has extensive experience in supporting investments, company delocalization, capacity building of municipalities and government authorities, and numerous EU and GTZ/GIZ projects with international scope in SME support, financial institutions and banks development.

Vladimir's educational background consists of a Certificate for attending the Certified Financial Analysts Training Course at The University of Delaware – Bulgaria, Specialization under the TEMPUS (Phare) Project Business Planning and Multimedia Systems Project Management at Consorzio Genova Ricerche (Italy), an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Mining and Geology in Sofia, Bulgaria, and an MSc in Financial Management from the University of National and World Economy. He also studied secondary education in Russian language and computer science at the Technical University of Sofia.
