Jennifer Kifer is an accomplished attorney with an extensive legal background in commercial civil litigation, maritime law, and media law. As a Partner in Holland & Knight's Private Wealth Services group, Kifer helps lead a national team of attorneys and fiduciary accountants who advocate on behalf of nonprofit organizations. Her practice canvasses various fields, including charitable, medical, religious, and educational organizations. Her goal is to accelerate and increase bequest revenue to these organizations while following donor intent. Kifer's work also produces numerous productive fundraising and planned giving prospects for nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Kifer served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timothy J. Corrigan at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and as a legal intern to Justice Barbara J. Pariente at the Florida Supreme Court. Kifer also taught at several institutions, including the University of Phoenix, Florida State College at Jacksonville, and the University of North Florida in legal studies and communication courses, such as public speaking, legal research and writing, and mock trial.

Kifer received her Juris Doctorate from the Florida Coastal School of Law and holds a B.A. in Communication from Flagler College.
