Aviva Steenstrup is an accomplished and highly-experienced Human Resources Consultant, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in a wide range of HR matters. Her primary areas of expertise include compliance with pertinent local, state, and federal employment laws, HR policies and procedures, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary action, and terminations. Aviva has extensive experience in mitigating risk and litigation for HR matters of a highly sensitive, complex nature. She studied Business Communications/Psychology at Ursinus College.
