Introducing Julie Salamon, a talented professional with a passion for talent acquisition and a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Julie has completed several degrees, including a Baccalauréat in Économie and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Vatel Belgium. She also attended IÉSEG School of Management to further refine her skills.

Julie's extensive experience in the field of talent acquisition started with her stint as a Stagiaire Multi-fonctions at Groupe Bertrand after which she worked as a Sales Assistant at Angelina, Paris. She then began her journey in the hospitality industry with positions ranging from a Trainee housekeeping/food and beverage at Hotel Ile Rousse 5*, Bandol, to Trainee front office/housekeeping at Park Inn by Radisson, and Trainee kitchen/housekeeping at Thon Hotels Brussels. Her experience also covers working as a Trainee concierge/kitchen/maintenance and engineering/food and beverage at Hotel Le Plaza.

Julie's most recent roles have been in talent acquisition, where she worked as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Meero before moving on to Frichti, where she worked as Talent Acquisition. Currently, Julie is working as Responsable Recrutement Interne at UPTOO where she recruits C-Level Specialists.

In addition, Julie has volunteered as a part of a humanitarian project, Live & Give, and has received recognition for her excellent work as a Trainee Housekeeping Quality Supervisor at Hotel Arts Barcelona.
