Jacob Solano is an accomplished finance and marketing professional with a passion for entrepreneurship. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Brookdale Community College. With a strong academic foundation, Jacob has honed his skills and expertise in various roles and organizations.

At Flieber, Inc., Jacob serves as a Sales Development representative, utilizing his knowledge to drive business growth and generate leads. Previously, he was a NextGen Fellow at GGV Capital, where he gained valuable experience in the venture capital industry. Additionally, he contributed as a Platform Intern at Scroobious, focusing on platform development and growth.

Jacob's commitment to education is evident through his time as a Teaching Assistant at Rutgers Business School, where he assisted students in their learning journey. He also served as an SDR Intern at BitSight, where he developed his skills in sales development.

Entrepreneurship plays a significant role in Jacob's career. He co-founded N3WDAY, a startup dedicated to providing innovative solutions. Furthermore, as the Founder & Director of 1766 Labs - Startup Incubator at Rutgers Entrepreneurial Society, he aided aspiring entrepreneurs in turning their ideas into successful ventures. His involvement with Rutgers Consulting Group (RCG) as a Start-Up Consulting Analyst further contributed to his expertise in guiding businesses towards success.

During his academic years, Jacob was an active member of the community, serving as a Scarlet Ambassador at Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Student Ambassador at Brookdale Community College. He exhibited his leadership abilities as the Treasurer of Rutgers Formula Racing and as a Startup Co-Founder at Rutgers Entrepreneurial Society.

In addition to his professional ventures, Jacob honed his skills through various roles in the service industry, including positions at 618 Restaurant and Emilios Restaurant.
