Chad Littell is a highly experienced and knowledgeable commercial real estate professional, with over 12 years of experience in the field. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Arizona State University, and has studied at the Commercial Investment Institute, as well as the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business.

Currently, Chad serves as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he provides transaction origination and advisory services to private, corporate, and institutional investors throughout Arizona. Prior to this, he worked as a Designated Broker at Landworks, a Property Manager at Nothum Properties, and a Project Manager at Evening Star Associates, gaining a broad knowledge of property maintenance and operations.

Chad prides himself on adding value to his clients through creative financial solutions and best-in-class marketing strategies. His impressive career has seen his team sell approximately 25 million square feet of office, back-office, industrial, and retail property, with a total consideration of more than $3.8 billion.
