Li Mei Glover is an accomplished organizational change management (OCM) professional with over 20 years of experience working in diverse industries across Asia Pacific, the USA, and UK. Her expertise lies in large-scale technology transformation, people strategy implementation, international human resources, talent management, learning and development, and executive coaching. Adept at partnering with executive teams, she has facilitated global transitions for many international organizations. Li holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from Monash University, Australia, a certificate in Workplace Training and Assessment, and a certificate of attainment in Executive Coaching. She has also been trained in executive coaching by The Australian Institute of Management and Results Coaching.

Li's work history includes managerial roles at Deloitte, Under Armour, BlueScope, Treasury Wine Estates, Fosters Group, and the University of Southern California. She has also contributed as a freelance consultant at Hyper Island. She has been certified by SHL in Competency Based Interviewing and by DDI in Success ProfilesSM. In a previous life, Li was a classical ballerina who graduated from the Australian Ballet School and was contracted to the Singapore Dance Company.
