Simon Lolliot is a postdoctoral researcher specializing in intergroup contact and conflict resolution at the University of British Columbia. With a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Oxford, he has extensive expertise in multilevel analyses, structural equation modeling, and mediation effects using MPlus statistical software. His research interests also include minority-majority group experiences, gender disparates in STEM careers, and stereotype threat in workplace environments.
