Michael Farley is a highly experienced executive with over a decade of leadership and management experience in private aviation. With a focus on helping companies grow and scale intelligently, Farley has worked with a variety of brands and developed expertise in building commercial teams for sales, marketing, revenue, and client service. He also has experience in refining and disrupting existing playbooks, as well as building strategies for net new market entry.

Farley studied at Providence College and The Lawrenceville School, and has worked with executives across various sectors domestically and internationally, including finance/banking, buy-side/sell-side, automotive, VC/PE, industrial, oil, academic, tech/IT, real estate/developers, fashion, and energy.

He is the founder and advisor at Outlier Jets and has previously served as the Chief Revenue Officer at a private aviation company, the Vice President at Sentient Jet, and the VP, Global Head of Sales, Marketing and Service at ICON Aircraft. Farley has also worked as a consultant and equity analyst rotational at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and as the Head Coach at the Spanish National Lacrosse Team.
