With a background in Educational Studies and Business Administration from the University of Oregon, Aubrey's focus lies in attention to detail and the genuine interest to make things happen.

Having worked as both a Technology Recruiter and Development Director at The ALS Association and Marketing and Research Coordinator at Colliers International, Aubrey has honed her skills in prescreening and qualifying candidates for the technical skills and cultural fit that both they and clients are looking for. Her specialties include corporate applications, big data, IoT, IT infrastructure, cloud, IT security, software development, product engineering, business intelligence, and data analytics.

Currently, Aubrey is applying her experience to ProFocus, an award-winning tech staffing and consulting firm, where she ensures first-class tech talent for key roles in the development, deployment, and maintenance of software and infrastructure. Using a careful screening process, ProFocus fills over 80% of its client's jobs with three (3) or fewer resume submissions, earning Best in Staffing for Talent Satisfaction three (3) years in a row with a World-Class NPS of 87.9%, compared to a 24% industry average.
