Shiv has extensive expertise in all aspects of partnering value chain – scouting, evaluations, negotiations, and alliance management. He has broad and extensive experience in managing complex drug discovery and development alliances and is skilled at managing cross-functional teams.

Shiv has held several leadership positions at Sanofi, including Head of Business Development & Licensing - Technology Platforms, Senior Director of Partnering, External Sciences & Innovation, Global BioTherapeutics, Senior Director of Scouting & Partnering, Senior Director of Alliances & Partnerships, and Senior Director of Alliance Management & External Networks.
