Kaustav Mitra is a multi-talented professional with a broad range of skills and experiences in various fields. He has worked as an aerospace engineer, python developer, product manager, analytics expert, biz dev specialist, algo developer, and more. Kaustav has gained three transferable skills throughout his career: the ability to learn quickly, a comfort with ambiguity, and the willingness to roll up his sleeves and get into the details. His talent lies in being able to fix problems and manage crises efficiently.

Kaustav holds an MBA from London Business School, a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University. He has worked with several companies in various capacities, including Revolut, Octopus, Goldman Sachs, Property_Partner, Seedcamp, TEDxLondonBusinessSchool, Microsoft Ventures, Ebury, and Airbus Operations GmbH.

In his current role at Octopus, Kaustav is responsible for driving growth for the company's tax-efficient products and digital products. His duties include supervising product development, optimizing the sales and marketing strategy, executing growth marketing plans, and taking data-driven decisions.

Outside of his job, Kaustav enjoys working on code and technology projects. He believes in taking things one crisis at a time and loves managing high-pressure situations.
