Currently, he is leading research and strategy at Turian Labs, a global innovation and strategy consulting firm based in India. He is an expert in design thinking, research, and innovation consulting, with vast experience in research operations, business development, and team management.

Sajid holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Wales and studied at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
