Stephanie found her passion for yoga and raw foods while living and working in New York City. She committed to a 30-day yoga challenge and discovered her love for this practice. She later managed the busiest Bikram Yoga studio in Manhattan, and six years later opened her own hot yoga studio, which is still thriving to this day.
