Her facilitation, group and team coaching, strategic planning, and partner planning skills have helped a wide portfolio of executives, including senior leaders in operations, finance, product development, research, engineering, IT, marketing, sales, production, and manufacturing.
Shapiro holds a Graduate Certification in Executive Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas - School of Management, an Associate's Degree in Design from Columbia College, a Master of Science in Management, Organizational Behavior Studies with high distinction from the University of Texas at Dallas - Naveen Jindal School of Management, a BBA in Marketing and Economics from Hofstra University. Before founding Onpoint Leadership, where she currently serves as a Managing Partner, Shapiro worked at Hewlett-Packard, where she served as Director of Global System Integrators and Alliances and District Sales Manager and Major Account Sales.
