Earl has held various leadership positions such as Ontario Agent-General in Chicago at the Government of Ontario, Executive Director at Ontario Liberal Party, Chief of Staff at the Office of Mayor Rob Ford, Director of Stakeholder & Council Relations at the Office of the Mayor, City of Toronto, and many others. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional political organization skills and expertise in public affairs, crisis management, communications, and government relations.
