Jenny DuVander

Jenny DuVander is an experienced writer, consultant, and communications specialist based in Portland, Oregon. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Music from Willamette University, DuVander uses her expertise to help environmental nonprofits fundraise, develop strong narratives, and communicate more effectively. Prior to founding DuVander Communications, she served as the Communications Director at the Institute for Sustainable Solutions at Portland State University and the Communications Manager at Western Rivers Conservancy. With a diverse background that includes copy editing for the Statesman Journal, DuVander brings a wide range of skills to her work, including grant writing, annual report preparation, and web content development. Her writing often focuses on the intersection of people, places, and conservation, and she is passionate about helping good causes tell compelling stories that inspire action and support.
