Ousama Alahmar is a seasoned service design and automation expert with a wealth of local and international experience in corporate leadership, management, and technology. He has held various leadership positions in both the government and private sectors, including VP of Business Development at Takamol Holding, Head of Development at Elm Company, and Strategic Alliance Manager at Elm Company.

With over 30 years of experience, Ousama has spearheaded several government-funded projects, such as the Electronic Tourism Visa project and managed Absher, Muqeem, and Tamm development. He has developed and commercialized government services, implemented business visa reforms for the Ministry of Planning, and led the Halal products certification initiative.

Prior to his local experience, he was a Senior Consultant at Motorola Life Sciences and GE Healthcare in the USA. He also acted as a consultant to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia, in IT and development projects.

Ousama holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Jamiat Al-Malik Saud and has participated in business management programs at Stanford, Harvard, and Queens.
