Ravi N. Shah, MD, MBA is an accomplished mental health leader and innovator with a diverse background in telehealth, startups, and clinical operations. Dr. Shah studied at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where he earned his Medical Doctorate (MD), and The Wharton School, where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Care Management. He also holds an A.B. from Princeton University's School of Public and International Affairs.

Dr. Shah is the Medical Director of the Psychiatry Faculty Practice at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, a role in which he oversees the clinical operations of the department. He is also a former Co-Founder and Medical Advisor at Mantra Health, a mental health startup that uses technology to improve access to care, and a former Clinical Advisor at Two Chairs, a mental health platform that offers personalized care.

In addition to his work in clinical care and health startups, Dr. Shah has an extensive background in organized medicine. He has served as a Fellow at the American Psychiatric Association and as a Representative to the American Medical Association House of Delegates for the American Psychiatric Association. He was also a Board of Trustees Member and a member of the Finance and Budget Committee for the American Psychiatric Association.
