David Witkowski is a leader in the field of wireless and telecommunications, with a background in electrical engineering and applied physics. He is the current Executive Director for the Civic Technology Program at Joint Venture Silicon Valley where he oversees the Wireless Communications, Smart Cities/Region, and Community Broadband Initiatives.
