Gro Dyrnes is a seasoned Norwegian business leader, with extensive experience in corporate management, innovation, and leadership. She attended the University of Oslo and the University of Bergen, earning degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Psychology, respectively. She also studied Leadership at Stanford University and Business Administration at the Norwegian School of Economics. Dyrnes has held multiple leadership positions in Innovation Norway, a government-funded innovation agency, including regional director for the Americas, director of Innovation Norway's San Francisco and Silicon Valley office, and senior vice president of corporate staff and support.

Dyrnes has also served on the boards of several companies, including the Coring Company and Nordic Innovation House, and was a partner at Norselab. Currently, she holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Ivaldi Group, a company that specializes in digital manufacturing and 3D printing.
