Javier Garcia is a seasoned communications and education professional with over a decade of experience in the industry. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from The City College of New York, where he is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor. He has also taught at Manhattan College and New York Institute of Technology. Previously, he was the Founder and CEO of Suyo Group, Inc., providing freelance instructional design and content production services.

In the advertising industry, Javier has won numerous awards as an advertising account executive and worked for Fortune 500 clients. His experience includes managing integrated agency and vendor relationships and producing multi-million campaigns across traditional, digital, out-of-home & internal/corporate platforms. He has also developed briefs and client presentations, led research and strategy development, and managed the testing processes for creative in all stages of development.

Javier's passion for education extends beyond the classroom. He has trained individuals and teams at all levels, from his internal agency counterparts and external client teams on creative production best practices to teaching undergraduate and graduate students the fundamental knowledge they need to succeed in their careers.

Outside of work, Javier is an advocate for personal development, civil rights, health equity, sustainable living, and technology. He is also a dedicated marathon and ultramarathon runner.
