Sharon Blandy is an accomplished professional with a varied and impressive educational and professional background. She is currently studying a Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) at Australian Forensic Services, a Vocational Graduate Certificate in Management (Learning) at Wisdom Learning, and has previously studied a Certificate IV in Learning & Assessment at Wisdom Learning, a Bachelor of Business, Economics and Human Resources at Darling Downs Institute of Advanced Education, and received her Higher School Certificate with top honors at Kyogle High School.

Prior to her current role as Assistant Director for Leadership, Learning & Development at the Fair Work Ombudsman, Blandy served as a Flight Lieutenant at Royal Australian Air Force.
