David Lotterer, a Senior Vice President at JLL, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the packaging industry. Graduating from Miami University with a degree in Marketing and Finance, he also holds a license in Ohio and Kentucky. With his vast business experience, Dave provides valuable real estate consulting services to clients, focusing on industrial tenant and landlord representation. He is a member of the Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions team, which specializes in in-depth multivariable location analysis for the optimal site selection of clients.

Dave's extensive experience in real estate has provided him the opportunity to work with various industries, including aviation, consumer products, printing, packaging, fulfillment, and logistics. Currently, David represents over 3 million square feet of industrial space, including the Wilmington Air Park, a 2000-acre airport that previously served as DHL's domestic operations hub.

With a background that includes executive, sales, and operational roles in the packaging industry, including being the President of Prestige Packaging, Dave brings a business owner's perspective to his clients. He has managed real estate activities for businesses, including property searches, long and short-term leases, and construction projects. Dave's specialties include real estate consulting, industrial tenant and landlord representation, and location analysis for optimal site selection.

Dave resides in West Chester, Ohio, with his wife and four daughters. He is a graduate of St. Xavier High School, where he was recognized for his excellence in swimming and water polo.
