At WorkLifeHealth.design, Dr. Ashley is brainstorming with the creative team to discover new solutions and approaches to old problems. She is conveying effective new ideas and innovative strategies for product development, marketing, branding, and business opportunities. She is adroitly recognizing promising ideas and finding ways to introduce them into the company’s future plans and discarding ideas that are ineffective/beyond the scope of the company’s mission.

In addition to this, she is monitoring the research and development of other organizations to spot trends in innovation and supplement research and allocating resources to maintain the organization’s existing agenda while accounting for new projects. Furthermore, she assimilates innovation throughout the organization development by supporting best practices to upsurge insights for novel ideas, stimulate strategic, and upkeep processes for creative thinking.
