I have supported the international team around Thomas Frebel, a renowned German Chefkoch, in Inua's kitchen for 3 weeks. I joined all processes concerning the creation of the dishes, the preparation of the food and its serving. Thus, I could experience how it is like to work in a 2-star-kitchen and adapt to a (for me) completely new and interesting environment .
It's all about passion, teamwork, efficiency and high quality on point.
