Sherri Norton is an accomplished eCommerce professional with extensive experience in managing digital sales platforms, online merchandising, strategic planning, and operations. She started her career at Abercrombie and Fitch, and quickly positioned herself in the four-person team responsible for launching Abercrombie.com. Over the years, Norton has built, launched, and run several large-scale eCommerce businesses, including Express.com and GUESS?, Inc. She's worked across all functions of an eCommerce organization, from accounting and inventory control to marketing and customer service, allowing her to become an expert in eCommerce leadership, digital product management, omni-channel fulfillment, and vendor management.

Norton holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from The Ohio State University's Max M. Fisher College of Business. She has also studied international business at the Copenhagen Business School. Norton is currently the Senior Director of Digital Commerce at Eddie Bauer, where she led the implementation of a custom, microservices platform on scalable cloud infrastructure that resulted in a 60% operating expense savings.

With a passion for leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve every aspect of an organization, Norton believes eCommerce leaders have a two-fold responsibility to balance demand generation with sound operations. She's also interested in exploring new opportunities to unlock profitable eCommerce opportunities.
